Job Title: Project Manager (Facilities)

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for managing/conducting property condition assessments, construction monitoring, draw reviews, forensic studies, as well as report writing and client contact. Will coordinate with departmental personnel, equipment and technical experts required to complete the assigned projects.

Minimum Education and Experience:
BS in Architecture, Engineering or related field required. MS in Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years experience managing and conducting property condition assessments and/or forensic investigations on existing facilities.

E.I.T., P.E. or R.A. preferred.

Additional Experience or Skills:
A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; analytical and problem solving ability; demonstrated written and verbal communications skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects. A valid driverā??s license is required.
