POSITION TITLE: Program Assistant/Assistant Facility Security Officer
SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret with final SSBIPRIMARY FUNCTION(S)Varied responsibilities involving software training and course development, industrial security, office administration, program management and working directly with the customer.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to):(1) Assist manager and trainers with creating and editing training material; standardizing and communicating procedures for publications; reviewing course feedback; providing contract deliverables on time; maintaining the schedules, calendars and catalog; recording meeting minutes and action items.(2) Assist with testing versions of pre-released software(3) Assist the FSO with developing office procedures, sending/receiving visit requests, marking classified material, conducting self-inspections and briefing employees.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: BS/BA, preferably in a science or engineering field or 5 years military experience
Relevant Experience (amount and type):PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with computer modeling and simulation tools.
Previous military experience or familiarity with military.
Familiarity with the NISPOM and classified storage/handling procedures.
Some teaching/training experience in a classroom setting
Very computer proficientWORKING LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO
Start Date: July 31, 2006
Position Location: Kingstowne (Alexandria), VA
Travel: Up to approximately ten percent
