Village Green has an immediate Maintenance/Service Technician position available at Oak Park Village in St. Louis, MO. Professional, organized and attention to detail skills are a must. The candidate must provide exceptional customer service skills to our residents in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful Maintenance/Service Technicianmust be efficient in completing a variety of maintenance repairs, including some landscaping. Candidates may also hold certificates for HVAC work or EPA Universal Certificates, although not required. Available for on-call prrposes a must, along with the ability to work weekends.
