Production Supervisor

Purpose: The position requires the ability to both lead and develop the work force within a union environment. Responsibilities include department safety, quality, adherence to established processes, development of new processes and managing the work force to maximize throughput within the factory. Teamwork and excellent cross shift communication skills are required for this position.

Candidate must have thorough understanding of manufacturing environment/operations. Supervisory experience within a union environment is a bonus. Excellent communication skills are required.
