Production Plant Supervisor

General Description:The plant supervisor is responsible for daily, reliable, production of 5 & 3 Gallon bottled water. All aspects of this production is under the immediate supervision of the plant supervisor. All breakdowns, hiccups and associated problems are corrected by the plant supervisor and/or his/her support staff (approximately 5-7 people). Responsible for maintaining compliance with IBWA, as a certified plant operator, NSF and FDA inspections. Responsible for production water chemistry testing and adjustment as required as well as weekly, quarterly and annual outside testing submissions. Responsible for inventory and ordering of bottled water production, distribution and maintenance supplies. In addition this individual is responsible for bottled water/bottle less cooler refurbishment, repair and related parts ordering. Must have a technical mind and be detail oriented. If a candidate does not currently possess a Certified Plant Operator certificate with IBWA, he/she must obtain one within the balance of the year. All related study material and fees will be provided by Culligan in the process of obtaining and maintaining certification. Various paperwork and training is required as well, including but not limited to, Safety Training material and attendance documentation, route vehicle maintenance documentation, daily water production records, etc.Work experience requirements:
2+ years experience with water treatment or similar equipment.
Experience with governmental/organizational regulation adherence.
Experience with basic electrical/refrigeration equipment and repair.Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
