Plant Superintendent/ Allentown, PA. URGENT NEED.

Large Portland Cement Plant Requiring 8-10 years experience as a Plant Superintendent or Grinding Mill Manager in Mineral Process Plants. MUST have Technical Knowledge and Experience with Multiple Grinding Mills & Supervising Mill Staff. Experience with Ball Mills, Finish Mills, Rolling Mills, Mechanical Engineering Degree or Technical Engineering Degree. BSME Degree, Preferred.
**Person should have 8-10 years experience in Minerals Plants Supervising Grinding Mills Operations and hourly employees.
Person can Come From Limestone Products, Aggregates, Clay Minerals, Cement, or Related Minerals Plants. Individual Can Be a Mill Engineer with Supervisory Experience.
** Will Report to the Asst. Plant Manager. Person Must come from the Cement Industry or Limestone Products, Aggregates & Minerals Plants. MUST have current experience with Grinding Mills and Kilns.
Day shift Position. Excellent Opportunity to move to Operations Manager position.

Current Knowledge & Experience with Multiple Grinding Mills and Kilns. Person Will Supervise Mills Staff of UNION Employees. Thorough Knowledge of CementManufacturing Process.
