Plant Engineer

Very successful rapidly growing mid-sized manufacturing company is adding a Plant Engineer to assist and support production and do project work in the plant. Responsibilities include improving preventative maintenance to eliminate downtime, identify and correct equipment and system failures resulting in quality issues, implement systems to address unplanned downtime, manage production and facility expansion projects, design and layout facilities and equipment, provide capital planning estimates, purchase and install equipment, develop and facilitate maintenance training, develop corrective action in response to safety and housekeeping audits, and develop vendor relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in engineering required plus 5 years related experience and/or training. Excellent people skills, communicator, team player, analytical, aggressive, multi-tasker...and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has potential to do more.
