PROPERTY MANAGER

Sr. Citizen Community seeks Full-Time Resident Manager and is willing to train the right candidate.Responsibilities
• Processes section 8 paperwork• Processes Applications• Supervises office and maintenance staff• Oversees maintenance and inspections• Processes apartment vacancies and move-in paperwork• Markets and advertises property• Performs home visits and updates waiting list• Collects rent• Resolves resident complaints• Adheres to and oversees budget and purchasing• Other special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements• Bilingual English/Russian speaking preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent• Knowledge of section 8 paperwork preferred
• COS and TCS certifications a plus
• Must be able to work with senior citizens and under stated deadlines
• Must be proactive and independent• Must be patient, possess a manner that exhibits friendliness, kindness, and a desire to be helpful
• Must have a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, math, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
