PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Sheboygan Senior Community is currently seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to join our management staff. This position will oversee all plant operations/Maintenance within the entire facility. In addition, they will be responsible for overseeing and directing the staff within the department. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Long Term Care experience a plus. Must have at least 5 years experience within the maintenance work environment. Must be self directed, have take charge leadership abilities and be organized.
