Operations Manager

LEADING NATIONAL CARPET CLEANING & JANITORIAL SERVICES COMPANY
is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER

7-10 years industry experience required!

The right candidate will have entrepreneurial experience with the ability to build and motivate a cohesive team and exceed company goals. We are looking for an out-of the box, tactical thinker and problem solver experienced in floor care techniques, client services, quality assurance, and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a hands on attitude who can lead by example, a self starter who can evaluate, recommend and implement operational improvements in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision, train and manage service department personnel, manage inventory control, vehicle maintenance & service and act as the warehouse manager. OSHA familiarity preferred.
