Operations Manager 2 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Unit Description: This is a RESOURCE Operations Manager position in Environmental Services and will support the Greensboro and surrounding North Carolina market. Candidates must be willing to travel 10 days on and 4 days off. The candidate must live in or be willing to self-relocate to Tennessee.Position Summary:
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.Basic Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GEDBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
2 years of lead/supervisory/management experienceBasic Functional Experience Required:
2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
