Operations Leader, Services

Responsible for researching and developing solutions to gaps in company policy and process for the Service and Contracting business streams. Responsible for developing clear requirements for business systems and training. Serve as a subject matter expert on contracting and service fulfillment processes. Interfaces with Territory Teams, Americas Services as well as other organizations within TCS Americas Distribution to ensure the standards, tools and process are applied in an effective and consistent manner. Relocation NOT required.
Subject matter expert for the Contracting and Service business streams.
Interprets CSO needs to better define business requirements.
Analyzes company policy for gaps in coverage. Researches policy decision impact.
Validates the effectiveness of Contracting and Service tools, processes and training and helps identify and develops improvements. Coordinates across business streams to maximize policy impact.
Drafts policy to fulfill business needs.
Helps prioritize business system and policy needs for development of the Contracting and Service business streams. Supports and coordinates with Territory Leaders. Advises territories of CSO compliance to policy and systems.
Supports development and conduct of training for the Contracting and Service business streams.
Participates in the creation of process documentation and updates as necessary. Presents Contracting and Service fulfillment material at seminars and meetings. Communicates status of projects clearly through presentations and in writing.
Some travel required Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines. Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers. Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers. Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment. Other duties as assigned. Location is negotiable.
REQUIREMENTS
* BS or BA degree preferred.
* Significant relevant experience in operations at the CSO level may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* 5-7 years operations experience in contracting and/or service business stream required.
* Proven written and oral communications skills required.
* Working knowledge of Enterprise Business Systems preferred.* Proven self starter.* Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.* RELOCATION NOT REQUIRED.
