Responsible for day to day operations and maintenance of multiple remote sites across the United States.  Resolves problems and maintains open communication with the national client including providing regular written reports to ensure client satisfaction.  Responsible for ensuring the operations, mechanical maintenance and vendor management standards of the contract are met in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner.  Provides the technical and management direction for all Facility Management services.  Is responsible for driving management vision, client relations, team building and other key contractual strategies.
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required.  Ten years of facility management or building operations experience required.  Five years of supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance required.  May require knowledge of mechanical, electrical Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.  Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills.  Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.  Able to deal with customers and others at all levels.  Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies.  Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
