Responsibilities:
• O&M and troubleshooting of Americatel's transmission, IP networking and network
• security infrastructure.
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Americatel's telephony network and traffic.
• Provide Tier II support for network and services.
REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years experience in telecom field
• Knowledge on PSTN, Linux based systems, and telephony services and concepts
• Experience with IP networking and Cisco networking.
• Experience and/or knowledge on digital transmission technologies (DS-n hierarchy,
• M13 multiplexers, DACS, related testing equipment)
• On-call availability
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
