National Sales Manager
A vendor management company providing supplementary services to US and International customers is in need of a National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers to oversee states west of UT, i.e. CA, AZ, WA, OR, etc.
National Sales Manager - must reside in Northern California
The base salary range for this position is between 75K and 100K per year, DOE. The sales bonus potential may range from an additional 25K to 60K per year and is based upon a percentage of first months' billings for new business. Please inquire about the incredible benefit package offered as well.

Summary: Plans and directs marketing and sales of organization's products and services, manages sales activities of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Directs Sales forecasting for assigned areas
Analyzes sales statistics to formulate strategic sales plans
Represents company in a marketing / sales capacity
Meets with key clients, and maintains relationships with existing clients, negotiates and expert in closing deals and initiates strong relationships with new clients
Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
Evaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs.
Determines agencies and suppliers of record, and negotiates contract terms and conditions for major services.
Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns.
Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials.
Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
Oversees development and maintenance of customer database.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback for future product development.
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Education and/or Experience
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for either of these opportunities, industry experience is a MUST. One must have atleast 3-10 years of stable experience in a Service oriented industry, i.e. Courier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, Airborne), Building Maintenance (One-Source, ABS), Janitorial, Hospitality (Cintas, Aramark, GSK), Entrepreneur Ownership, Restaurant, etc.
