National HealthCare Corporation is a national leader in health care with over 70 locations across the United States. NHC Place at Cool Springs is a 203 bed Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Center specializing in short term rehabilitation, extended care and Assisted Living care.

NHC Place has an opening for the Manager of Housekeeping and Laundry. The Manager is responsible for:

* Day to day operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
* Recruitment and hiring of new housekeeping and laundry employees
* Coach, motivate and develop the Housekeeping / Laundry team to achieve the highest level of environmental standards and customer satisfaction.
* Setting up effective training for new and existing partners.
* Effective implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
* Oversee the safety program for the center to comply with all OSHA standards.
