Unit Description: 58 Bed Heart Hospital/Multi-Service Account includes management of POM, EVS. Dietary, CTM. Manage the daily operation of EVS to meet client expectations, train employees, conduct periodic performance assessment and quality evaluations and assist GMMS with financial management. Hands on operations experience required.Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level.Basic Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GEDBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
NoneBasic Functional Experience Required:
None You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
