Maitenance Technician

Perform and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of physical plant, facility and manufacturing equipment.

Repair and adjust small machines (drill presses, punch presses, grinding and buffing heads, riveters, bench power and hand tools) to involve replacement of bearings, spindles, electical switches, etc. May oil and grease equipment when necessary.Job Requirements
Should be familiar with the use of: Hand , power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools, Volt meters, Pipes Threaders, Amp Meters, Drain Augers, Tube Cutters and Benders, Caghin Brake Tools, Fire Extinguishers, etc.
Requires some basic computer (data entry and recovery) skills.
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Must be able to understand and follow complex instructions and directions.
In conclusion muct also be able to communicate with co-workers and supervision onn job related matters, schedule, problems and solutions.
Communicate verbally and in writing.
