Maintenance / Tooling Supervisor

After 32 years with Lozier, our current Maintenance / Tooling Supervisor has decided to retire. This creates an excellent opportunity in our Joplin, Missouri plant for the right person. This salaried position requires a college degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years in supervision.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have fully developed organizational, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills along with a strong working knowledge of:Safety standards including OSHA Lockout / Tagout procedures
Developing and managing a budget (preferably in maintenance)
Intermediate Microsoft Office tool skills
Continuous Improvement tools (i.e. Six Sigma)Preventive and predictive maintenance systems (MP2)Background and experience considered a plus includes familiarity with PLC’s, AC / DC Servo Drives; maintenance / T&D; MIG, TIG, resistance or robotic welding; and powder coat paint systems.To be considered, please submit a resume as follows:ATTN: Maintenance Supervisor
