Maintenance Technician

Purpose: Leading Property Management Company is currently hiring for multiple openings for General Maintenance Technicians. The candidate will be responsible for all around corrective maintenance for residential homes at Camp Pendleton. Duties will include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, appliance, and drywall repair. Candidates may be dispatched on maintenance calls for existing tenants or be required to perform any needed maintenance on an unit in preparation for a new tenant. Applicants will have at least 2 years experience in residential maintenance and will possess their own tools. Successful candidate will be required to undergo a drug and background check.
