Maintenance Supervisor II

Maintenance Supervisor II. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of a medium housing development. Duties include planning and scheduling work, reviewing work in process and completed work, supervising janitorial work and discussing maintenance problems with residents.
Must have graduated from high school, vocational school or equivalent, preferably supplemented by technical courses in building trades and 6 yr. exp. in building construction/maintenance, including 2 yr. in a supervisory capacity. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have some basic computer knowledge. An equivalent combination of education, training and exp. that provides the required knowledge and abilities may be considered sufficient. Salary $32,853-$34,516 with excellent benefits.
