Maintenance Supervisor Food Industry

This is a large corporation manufacturing food products.
This is a first shift position and will be responsible for all maintenance activities on the first shift.
REQUIREMENTS
A four year degree is highly preferred but not required and several years experience in maintenance supervision and management in a union plant. Experience in a food or similar FDA or GMP is preferred. Knowledge of Allen Bradley systems,motors, pumps,high speed packaging systems, etc.
You must have very strong leadership skills, a solid background in Preventive Maintenance programs, able to lead culture change.
