Maintenance Supervisor

McConway and Torley, a Trinity Industries company, is expanding our Maintenance department at our steel foundry facility in Kutztown, PA. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be 2nd shift 2:30-10:30 and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Interviewing and training employeesPlanning, assigning and directing workAppraising performanceCounseling, rewarding and disciplining employeesAddressing complaints and resolving problemsMust be able to interpret documents such as Safety rules, Operating and Maintenance Instructions and Procedure Manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondenceAbility to Speak in one on one situations in training or instructing employees

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent/GEDMinimum 3 Years related experience or trainingOr equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrate the prerequisite knowledge skills and abilities needed for the position. Must be proficient in reading blue prints, schematics, part diagrams etc. Must have Basic Computer KnowledgeMust have basic knowledge of algebra and geometry
