Maintenance Mechanical HVAC-Lisle, IL

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Will perform general and preventative maintenance in the following areas throughout the Lisle complex:

-Mechanical, HVAC, production, laboratory, and electrical
-Evaluate and define requirements for repairs, maintenance and the installation of equipment, furniture, and fixtures
-Identify and complete or direct completion of preventative maintenance activities
-Identify and complete or direct completion of equipment repairs
-Identify and install or direct installation of equipment, furniture, and fixtures
-Works safely following guidelines of OSHA and company safety directions
-Complete work according to standards and codes pertaining to work assigned.
-Supports company TQM program by following approved policies and procedures
-Perform other related duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Education

Required:
-High School or GED
Preferred:
-2 years college or technical school

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Required:
-5 years maintenance experience
-Knowledge of maintenance procedures in most of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry
Preferred:
-Some knowledge of maintenance procedures in security systems, HVAC, UPS systems, fire protection, and phone systems
