Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic NEEDED IMMEDIATELY for a large, educational campus located North of Atlanta.

Candidate must be able to perform journey level work in the maintenance and repair of the campus buildings.

Skills needed are:

Rough and finished carpentry
Plumbing
Painting
Electrical
Knowledge of HVAC Systems
Will serve as the primary contact for all contracted service staff including custodial services and grounds keeping

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that pays up to $15 per hour, depending on experience.
REQUIREMENTS

HVAC knowledge
Carpentry skills
Electrical skills
Plumbing skills
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience
Candidates with prior experience in Hotel/Motel, Property Maintenance or Educational Facilities will be highly considered for this position
