Maintenance Mechanic/HVAC

Job Summary:
* Trouble shoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
* Trouble shoot and repair pneumatic control system and electronic control systems.
* Generates, submit sand reviews maintenance reports for upper management.
* Maintain chiller readings and boiler logs.

REQUIREMENTS
* AA Degree or ten years exp working with HVAC, EMS and Refrigeration equipment.
* Certified to handle all types of refrigerators under current EPA regulations.
* Familiarity with UBC, Mechanical, and Electrical Codes.
* Able to read blue prints and electrical wiring schematics.
* Knowledge of electrical controls, pneumatic control systems, piping, boiler, and pump repairs.
* Working knowledge of computer based HVAC control systems (EMS), reciprocating, centrifugal and screw refrigeration compressors.
* Knowledge of energy management system (NOVAR).
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and customer services skills.
