Maintenance Manager for Food Manufacturing Company!

Job Responsibilities:


Responsible for the efficient operation and engineering of the entire plant;

Provides engineering and technical support to plant manufacturing operations working with all levels of the organization;

Shares knowledge and conducts training for operations and maintenance personnel on new projects, improvements and technology;

Responsible to lead operations improvement and engineering project teams from inception to completion to obtain the desired outcome.
REQUIREMENTS
4 year degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical;

Project management experience;

Knowledgeable in MS Project and computerized Preventive Maintenance Systems;

Experience with project financial tracking software systems;

Food manufacturing experience a plus;

Knowledge of OSHA and Food Safety regulatory requirements.
