Maintenance Manager (Food Manufacturing Required)

Maintenance Manager needed for Food Processing facility. Must have demonstrated management ability, business orientation, and team building skills. Responsible for working with current staff (assistant maintenance manager, 2 supervisors and maintenance team)develop, train, direct,and implement procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree is a Plus.
Thorough knowledge of industrial Food Processing machinery and industrial electronics
Experience with PLC and PM
Equipment selection/modification, capital expenditure projects, coordination of outside vendors with construction of projects
USDA experience is a plus
Minimum 6 years of supervisory/management experience
Experience in budget development and inventory management
desirable
