Maintenance Director

Morningside House of Laurel, a premier assisted living facility in Laurel,MD is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director. Position responsible for overseeing daily maintenance procedures of resident’s apartments and coordinating between all maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping departments to provide a safe and pleasant environment for residents. Qualified candidates must have strong skills in customer service, communications, and leadership. Requirements include at least three (3) years in a supervisory maintenance position and proficiency in all phases of maintenance including HVAC.EOE
REQUIREMENTS
Must have previous supervisory experience.Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Previous experience in Senior Living or Long term care facility preferred but not necessary.
