Position: MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

In this exciting role, you will have a strong prioritizing skills with a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and ground maintenance. REQUIREMENTS
This role requires an ability to manage vendors, purchase supplies, control inventory, maintain and document proper record keeping logs for the community; as well as recruit, hire, train, supervise, schedule, motivate, manage housekeeping team and affinity for working with the senior population.
