We are actively seeking a Mail Service Operational Supervisor on a Temporary to hire basis for one of our premiere educational clients. This is a great opportunity to get into a great organization that could lead to other career opportunities for you!

Responsibilities Include:
The purpose of this position is to coordinate, assist, support and assume leadership in all facets of the operations of Mail Services with primary responsibility of the management of the day to day service, production and reporting. This position represents this department’s commitment to exceptional service and professionalism in all contacts with the customers.
•Work with HR management functions to insure a sate and harassment free work environment.
•Encourage the development of hourly employees by providing daily feedback to all team members to insure continued growth.
•Foster cooperative teamwork.
•Create staff schedule and maintain weekly adjustments.
•Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
•Cross-train in all functions of mail services.
•Comply with OSHA.
•Maintain vehicle and equipment.
•Maintains operational supplies and inventory.
•Provide limited training in operating hardware and software.
•Manage and maintain postal accounting, addressing software.
•Recommend and implement changes to mail Services policies and procedures.
•Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Required:
•Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience preferred, but combined education and experience can substitute for minimum educations.
•Supervisory leadership experience
•Proficient computer skills to include MS office programs, internet and basic technical proficiency.
•Strong customer service, interpersonal and employee satisfaction skills
•Sound financial management and administrative.
•Able to lift 70 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Location:
Accessible to public transportation

Salary Range:
$28k-$31k depending on skills and experience

Benefit Offerings:
Eligible for benefits after 8 weeks of employment
