MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
We are seeking an organized team leader who will oversee the community's physical plant and housekeeping services. Must have hands on experience with multiple system diagnosis and repair, budgeting and management of staff.
Must have excellent management, computer, and verbal written communication skills and knowledge of state/health laws and OSHA regulations.
