College degree preferred, but not required with commensurate experience. The ideal candidate should be trained in property/home management. The successful candidate is resourceful and possesses an ability to juggle and prioritize in a very fast-paced environment. Prefer mature, reliable, English-speaking adult.Job dutiesManage all aspects of property in The Hampton’s, NY including, but not limited to:•Property inventories, created and maintained
•Oversee property, maintenance and upkeep
•Oversee construction projects
•Vendor/contractor relations
•Budget, oversee and maintainHousekeeper/Ladies Assistant RoleJob description:
Common-sense maintenance of home, perform light housekeeping and laundry, assist with shopping, meal preparation and serving and other duties as requested. Must be comfortable to work in a private residence with High Profile Family. Prefer mature, reliable, English-speaking adult.
Private quarters separate from main house.
Five-day work week and weekends when applicable. Sense of style and etiquette a must!Must have verifiable references, and proof of citizenship. All necessary background checks will be performed.Job is based in The Hampton’s New York and Relocation is a must, client will pay for all relocating expenses for ideal candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years prior experience working as a live in coupleAbility to work in the USValid drivers licenseExcellent references from previous employersStrong command of the English language
