Law Enforcement City of Liberal POLICE OFFICER The Candidate must be 21 yrs; HS diploma or equivalent; and possess or have the ability to possess a Kansas DL. The Candidate must successfully complete a written examination, background investigation, agility test, physical, drug screening, polygraph exam and pyschological evaluation. Must be able to obtain basic certifi- cation at the K.L.E.T.C. Experience will be given preference. Non-certified/non- experienced starting salary $28,730.00.Certified or experienced starting salary, $30,940.00 - $40,664.00 based upon qualifications.
