Inspector I or Inspector II Requisition No. 2006007444 Dairy Division New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA) has an opening for an Inspector I or Inspector II, (depending on credentials), Dairy Division. Salary is commensurate with qualifications. $25,230.32 minimum for an Inspector I and $27,497.62 minimum for an Inspector II. A complete application consists of the NMDA application, personal resume including three references, college transcripts, and a letter handwritten by the applicant addressing qualifications. All materials must be received no later than close of business September 1, 2006. Required Qualifications: Inspector I-Bachelor's degree, in hand by date of hire, from an accredited university. Inspector II-Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years experience. Evidence of good oral and written communication skills. Computer capabilities in word processing and database management. A minimum of three years' professional experience directly related to position responsibilities required for Inspector II. Preferred qualifications: Degree in animal, dairy, food science, or related field. Knowledge of dairy cattle industry and or dairy foods processing industry. Travel required.
