Injection Mold Facilitator/Technician

INJECTION MOLD PROCESS/TECHNICIAN

Intertec Systems, LLC, a joint venture between Johnson Controls & Inoac, is a global leader with 19 consecutive years of growth and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Our Bardstown, KY facility is seeking an Injection Mold Process/Technician. Must be able to work any shift and extended hours including weekends.

Job Responsibilities (examples, but are not limited to):
•Development and Training of the Injection Process Team in their skills and knowledge of proper injection processing, including SPC Tools, Team Oriented Problem Solving Techniques, etc.
•Lead the Injection Process Team in producing product that meets the annual objectives for scrap, RFT, downtime and IPPM.
•Support all new product launch activities, including implementation of new tools, equipment and technologies.
•Troubleshoot and correct injection mold processing issues, including robotics & end-of-arm tooling
•Oversee tool changes, color changes and proper preventative maintenance of tooling and equipment.
