Housekeeping supervisor

Reports to the Director of Environmental Services. Primarily responsible for services in the Health Center.

Ensures resident rooms and common areas are cleaned and disinfected according to Federal and State law and community policy. Supervises laundry. Maintains and orders supplies. Oversees cleaning of the independent community.

Will make routine repairs as able to equipment and/or fixtures.

Schedules and supervises staff. Extremely low staff turnover.

Ensures all special activity set-ups are completed accurately & timely.

Will work closely with Maintenance, Marketing, and Activities departments.

Requires at least two years experience in housekeeping or cleaning services and two years supervisory experience. Must speak, read, write, and understand English.

REQUIREMENTS
Two years housekeeping or cleaning services experience
Two years supervisory experience
Must speak, read, write and understand English
Computer users knowledge of MS office
