We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality/contract services industry professional to assume the position of Housekeeping Manager for our client partner near Chelsea, MI. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will coordinate & oversee day to day housekeeping operations, including direct supervision of non-exempt, union-covered staff, in a residential, skilled care setting with 375+ residents.


Job Requirements


Position requires 3+ years relevant technical experience, including supervisory experience. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong customer service focus, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, employees, clients and other stakeholders. Previous experience in the hospitality or senior living industry strongly preferred. Contract-managed service experience is desirable.
