Unit Description: Sodexho is seeking a Custodial Manager for a 226 staffed bed hospital with 1,097,320 total sq. ft. with previous experience (preferably in Health Care). Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to successfully manage an hourly workforce. Consistently maintain customer/client satisfaction and good working relationship with customer/client.Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.Basic Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GEDBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
1 year of lead/supervisory/management experienceBasic Functional Experience Required:
None You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
