Entry salary $18,720 Location - Facilities Management There are several positions available and applications must be submitted to all position numbers in order to be considered for all The successful applicant will maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of campus buildings and to ensure a clean environment is maintained for all faculty, staff, students and visitors. Occasional overtime may be required. The normal hours of work are 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (All new non-faculty employees hired on or after July 1, 2006 will be "University employees" and will be governed by the University's human resources system. Initially, university employees will be covered by policies that are a mirror image to the State's current human resources policies.) Qualifications Required: Knowledge of basic housekeeping methods, supplies and equipment; Ability to read and write; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Ability to lift objects and to be able to tolerate contact with cleaning products and solutions; High school graduate or equivalent with general custodial and/or housekeeping experience.
