Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Planner/Coordinator

Responsible for scheduling jobs, assigning personnel, reserving materials, recording costs, and tracking relevant information such as the cause of the problem (if any), downtime involved (if any), and recommendations for future action. Performing & keeping track of PM inspections and jobs. Position is responsible for asset management and recording data about eqpt & property. Management of spare parts, tools & other materials. Prefer 5+ years exp with Maximo.

Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for coordinating and directing the maintenance and repair of all equipment including conveyors, lifts, instruments, pumps, blowers, boilers and compressors. Supervises the activities of assigned personnel and keeps management well informed of area activities. Position requires shift work, being on-call, and / or irregular work schedules. Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Maintenance required.

Maintenance Mechanic

Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on assigned electrical and mechanical systems including various voltages and systems in such a manner as to ensure optimal customer relations. Previous experience working on baggage handling systems and conveyors preferred. 3-5 years related experience required.

Administrative Asst

Responsible for the day- to-day administration at the site. Perform general office admin, clerical, and some accounting duties, including invoicing, payroll, statistical documentation, and acting as liaison. 3-5 years related experience required.

Facility Manager

Accountable for providing optimal customer relations, operations and maintenance management for the assigned facility in a cost-effective manner. Provide high quality operations and maintenance service. Utilize maximum capabilities of Maximo. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng.4+ years experience required.
