HVAC Building Automation-Technicians to Sales to Engineers

My Clients from North/Central Jersey to the Jersey shore to Washington, D.C. to Central Pennsylvania have several openings in Building Automation, Direct Digital Controls, and automatic temperature control field.
The following positions are available:Project Engineer-Level 1-to $53k-Looking for a 1-3 year BAS project engineer to handle all projects from cradle to grave. Will interact with the technicians and the project manager to ensure proper engineering of the ATC/DDC project. Hot need.Sales Representative-$40-$125k base-must have at least 3+ years of B-to-B sales exp. of Building Automation Systems and Direct Digital Controls. New construction or service sales positions available. Must be proficient in the ability to plan and spec. Rolodex is A+. New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania territories available. Also looking for service-sales reps. Will look at applicants who have sold for a HVAC Wholesaler or has sold mechanical service, contracts and equipment.
Start-up Technician-to $28/hour-must have 1 or more years of exp. with the install, upgrade and retrofit of all BAS/DDC systems. Strong networking skills preferred. Company vehicle included! Will look at technicians on all levels of experience or strong military exp.
BAS Programmer-to$32/hour-exp. with programming and troubleshooting BAS systems. Candidates will have a working knowledge of: BACNET, TALON, LON, STAFEA and TRIDIUM. Must also understand basic TCP/IP,ARCNET, and MS/TP networking.
Service manager-to $55k-looking for a hungry sales type to lead the service department, sell equipment upgrades, sell service contracts and develop a help desk with the new division you will help build.
Project Manager/Engineer-to $85k- 5 or more years of experience with leading a team of technicians and running/engineering a project from cradle to grave. Strong communications skills are a must. There is heavy customer interaction involved.Technicians-to $22/hour-at least one year or more of experience with the installation, service and programming of all HVAC BAS and DDC controls. Upward mobility available. Commutable positions in New York City are also available.Performance contracting engineer-to $85k-must have either a mechanical or electrical engineering degree along with an EIT or PE license. Will identify and develop energy conservation measures at commercial, government and military facilities. Will also perform energy audits. Must have 3-5 years of progressive energy engineering experience.BAS Technician-Central New Jersey-must have 1 years of Johnson Controls experience. Will do install, service and upgrades of all BAS/DDC systems. Salary will go to $58k.
