Job Duties:
Maintains grounds of San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino buildings and structures. Repairs fences and outbuildings, cleans out drainage ditches and culverts, makes minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mower, spreader, and snow removal equipment. REQUIREMENTS
Must possess the following: excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. High School Diploma or equivalent with one to three months related experience and/or training. Must be able to occassionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license.
