Job Description:
Position: Grounds Worker
Shift: 8/4 pm -Monday - Friday
Posting Date: May 23, 2005
Work consists of maintaining the entire community grounds and sprinkler systems. Specific duties include mowing the grass, weeding, trimming and edging. Use of commercial lawn equipment tools such as mowers, edgers, vacuums, weed-eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers,pruning shears, rakes, shovels, and hoes.Installation of new landscaping plants, sod,edging, mulch and borders. Sprinkler installation and maintenance experience a plus. Job growth opportunities are also available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications:Must have a minimum 3 years grounds maintenance experience.Must be proficient in both oral and written English. Bilingual is a plus.Must posses a valid Florida State driver’s license.Must have a telephone.Must be dependable.
