GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Sundrella Casual Furniture is looking for a general all-around maintenance person for our foundry located in downtown Phoenix. Basic mechanical and electrical experience required. REQUIREMENTS
Executes maintenance activities on a daily basis. Performs cleaning and lubrication of equipment in support of preventative maintenance functions.Troubleshoots maintenance problems to locate the source of the problem. Orders repairs parts, lubricants, and other items needed to make the repairs on equipment.Maintains the buildings and facility equipment.
Performs limited maintenance on material handling equipment.Monitors and reports equipment problems to the Production Manager. Ensures equipment is serviced regularly and is free of operational problems prior to use.Performs other work as assigned by the supervisor or management.Maintains repair parts, hardware, welding supplies, and maintenance hand tools inventories.
