Standad Enterprises, Inc., is seeking an HVAC/general maintenance person for our propery in Tallulah.
Standard Enterprises Inc. is a Louisiana corporation located in Louisiana. Standard has built over 5000 multi-family apartment units, 7000 single-family homes and numerous commercial buildings. Currently, we are seeking a full time employee for HVAC and general maintenance which includes painting, make ready, and full phase maintenance for the Wyche Apartments in Tallulah.

REQUIREMENTS
This is a full time position. Skills should include, light painting, cleaning, plumbing, small appliance repair and general full phase maintenance.
