Facility Services Coordinator

FACILITIES SERVICES COORDINATORIngram Entertainment Inc. a distributor of DVD's, video rental,
video games, and related products has an immediate need for
a Facility Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Coordinating and monitoring all in-house repairs or
modifications; including HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
structural repairs and grounds keeping
• Responsible for space expansion of offices and cubicles;
including furniture relocation and ergonomic compliance
• Order and maintain Inventory of all janitorial and
facility services supplies
• Monitor and track facility copy paper and printer usage
• Maintain and update facility security system
• Responsible for all corporate office record retention and retrieval
• Serve as courier using the company van for various needs
• Back-up Receiving and Mailroom as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be self directed and have 3 to 5 years of strong
experience in a similar capacity. Must possess the ability to read
blueprints, assist in the preparation of budgets, have a strong
understanding of operating cost, be able to multi-task and have
excellent problem solving and judgment skills. Must be able to
communicate well and possess the ability to work with others at
all levels of the company. Excellent driving record is a must and
experience with forklift operation strongly desired. Basic working
knowledge of MS Office programs is needed. High school education
or equivalent required. Vocational or technical training in related
field strongly desired. Occasional weekends and overtime required.
