Facility Manager - Crop Production Services - Michigan

Facility Manager for a full service Agricultural Retai Facility providing fertilizer, seed, crop protection products and valuable agronomic services farmers need to succeed.


Desired Qualifications:
·Agricultural based degree desired or equivalent experience of 2 years
·Very high degree of oral and written communication capabilities and good listening skills
·Good persuasive and motivational skills
·Basic facility center management business skills
·Required knowledge of facility center operation and equipment
·Computer skills in Windows and company agronomic programs
·Thorough understanding of fertilizer and agricultural chemical usage
·Understanding of the agricultural demands and practices of the division
·Ability to handle stressful situations
·State pesticide license
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities Include:
·Implement and supervise CPS marketing standards
·Work directly with Crop Consultants campaigning marketing programs
·Manage the facility center assets
·Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sale, operations & facility center administration
·Plan and budget for facility center profitability
·Manage and prioritize all facility center functions & promote and enforce Environmental, Safety and Health programs
·Demonstrate professionalism
