Facilities Services Manager

Build effective working relationships with all DC
employees and internal and external customers.
Demonstrate proven written and verbal communication skills
in the execution of daily correspondence and methods
documentation.
Assist DC Management and Corporate Logistics on special
projects by conducting feasibility studies.
Participate in DC capital budget planning and management.
Prepare justification for requested expenditures.
Responsible for acting as project manager on
implementation of special project work.
Plan, organize, schedule, forecast, and coordinate work in
order to meet organizational goals.
Prepare departmental budget and control expenditures
against approved budget.
Develop a facility services staff with an emphasis on
teambuilding, communication, performance accountability,
and positive employee relation?s management.
Must be available to respond to all emergencies anytime
day, night or weekends.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Facility
Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering
Must have 2+ years of project management experience
Must have 5+ years of Facility Services experience
Must have 5+ years of Industrial engineering experience
