Facilities Planning Coordinator (TEMPORARY)

CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, the preeminent international commercial real estate services firm with 147 offices in 44 countries around the world, has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Facilities Planning Coordinator in the eBay, Inc. office in San Jose, CA. This temporary position will be a part of the WorkPlace Resources team, supporting the Space Planning staff. This position will help with the new hire, move and exit processes at a fast-pace and dynamic company. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with Workplace Resources Space Planning team to process New Hire, Move and Exit tickets • Maintain Space Planning and I.T. databases with updated employee and contractor locations • Update building plans • Field verifications of office space • Coordinate with Facilities Operations, I.T. and other cross-functional teams to accomplish various space planning requests • Interact with customers to resolve minor space planning issues as needed
REQUIREMENTS
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • High School diploma; AA preferred • Excellent analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Superb customer service skills • Work experience in a corporate environment preferred • MS Office • AutoCAD experience a plus • Fun, energetic personality; motivated; team player Cushman & Wakefield offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
